As the ever hardworking Student Council president, Nori has built a reputation for himself as someone reliable. He throws himself into this role, doing his best to serve as a role model to younger students and a respectable peer to his fellow third years. While Nori spends a lot of time serving the needs of others, he rarely seems to free up time for himself. With university looming around the corner, Nori is starting to have increasing doubts about where he wants to go in life. Who knows where he'll really end up?

Nori is friendly and knows quite a few people around school, but rarely does he get close enough to people to make genuine friends.
- While they've only known each other for a short amount of time, Nori freely admits that he admires Luke Reznik. Nori took notice of Luke's helpful nature and ambition, finding them to be traits he'd like to hone in himself. They work together frequently, since Luke is both Nori's homeroom teacher and the supervisor for the Student Council.
- Nori likes Masaru Honda, but wishes he didn't worry quite so much. It makes him feel guilty, especially lately...
- Nori knows Crystal Emmerson and Ché Hayashi from the swim team. Nori has a bit of trouble figuring out how to address Crystal properly; they're the same class year, but she's older, but she seems to not want him to be formal, but he can't bear to not be polite! She's very nice all the same. Ché is easier to approach. Because Ché is younger, Nori tries to help him out whenever possible, automatically assuming the role of mentor where he can.
- Mitsukuni Haninozuka, Takashi Morinozuka, Matthew Pascoe-Harrison, and Yoshi Ukiyo are all classmates of Nori's - though he doesn't know them particularly well... He's more than willing to help them if they need it!
- Suzu Murasaki is a younger student who's part of the Student Council. Nori doesn't get to talk to her often outside of Council activities, but she seems nice!
Enemies
Nori is a generally tolerant person, but he still has limits as far as how much he can put up with from someone.
- Nori's relationship with Ayame Washio is... complicated... The two of them are cousins, and were very close when they were younger, so Nori hesitates to say he dislikes Ayame at all. He respects her—or wants to—because they're family and she's a teacher! He just wishes she put more thought into her actions. Not to mention her way of "teasing" him, which has gone on for years, gets under his skin...
- Why does Ageha Okamoto always glower at him...? Nori thinks she's a little scary.
Lovers
With all of his responsibilities, Nori's had very little time for romance.
- As such, his relationship with Nanami Satou sort of snuck up on him. They began dating recently. Nori's new to this whole "boyfriend" thing, but he wants to do a good job at it! He just focuses on supporting Nanami as much as he can, and spending time with her. Both of those things are easy enough - Nanami's so kind and reciprocative (and extremely pretty... He's still learning how to deal with that part!)

- I'm not all that interested in Law... but what else can I do? I don't want to disappoint anyone.
