Michiko sped into the auditorium, thankful that she (just barely) wasn't late.
She'd spent (definitely!) too long a time thinking about Wakahisa-san, and wondering to herself. I want her to come and visit again... Aaaa, but what if she plans on visiting anyway? I'll look too eager! In the end, she didn't say a thing. She scooped up her sketchbooks and her bag and whisked out of the classroom.
She had been too ambitious, she decided. Much too ambitious. She couldn't even bring herself to approach Wakahisa-san and say 'hello...' Why did she think she'd be able to invite Wakahisa-san to watch the Drama Club, or even come to see her?
Some sewing would clear her head. She just had to make it backstage. Somewhere, among all her thinking, she'd wandered through the audience entrance instead of sneaking in through the back. So many mistakes today...! She was too cowardly to speak to Wakahisa-san properly, she used the wrong entrance to the auditorium, and --
Her foot hitched against one of the walkway steps, and she stumbled... fell... Thump. Her sketchbooks careened up into the air, landing all around her.

Kage adjusted her skirt a little bit as the scene began. She'd let her hair down out of the corkscrew pigtails, letting it rest against her shoulders. She lifted her hands, flipping her hair. She then noticed Finn, their Fiyero, staring.
"What?" she demanded. Finn made his comment and Kage looked about to respond when their Doctor Dillamond walked in to make his announcement. She had to admit, Crystal looked good in her Madam Morrible get up. She looked confused for a moment, then piped up. "Madame, we've got to do something." She watched as Dillamond was dragged away. She started to move after him.
"Doctor Dillamond!" She paused and looked at her fellow "students". "Well...? Are you ust going to sit here in silence?" Reluctantly, she took her seat as Crystal directed her. She sat silently, listening to the lesson reproachfully.
"If this is for his own good, then why is he trembling?" she demanded. The "professor" gave his answer and Kage's eyes widened. "What?" She turned to Finn.
"Can you imagine a world where Animals are kept in cages and they never speak?" she asked him. She looked at the other "students" approaching the lion prop in the cage. "What should I do?" she asked Finn, after his answer, she bit her lip and spoke again. "Qell, somebody has to....Do something!!" She looked startled as everyone began moving uncontrollably...except her and Finn.
"I don't know, I got mad...and..." she answered Finn's sudden question. She watched him grab the cage. She rushed off stage with him. "Careful! Don't shake him!" she told Finn. "We can't just let him loose anywhere, you know..."
It was the sound of falling that pulled her out of the character. She spun, turning to see Michi toppling to the ground. "Michi-chan!" Kage hiked up her skirt a bit and rushed off the stage to go over and help Michi. "Are you alright?"

Crystal was hot! She first off: she was amazed that Michi and whoever else made the costumes were able to make all of the ones in the play. Crystal was not used to this type of clothing, so before everyone was ready to start practice, she was shifting a bit uncomfortable. Though, Crystal could not deny that between Michi, Prim, Matthew and Wakana did amazing in their perspective areas. She fanned her neck a bit to cool down.
"Treasa..." Crystal started trying to keep Gene and Treasa from getting to into any type of argument. before she noticed that rehearsal was starting.
Oh please don't let them start fighting. Crystal hated to see any two people she were friends with fight; worse when one of them was your girlfriend and childhood friend.
Crystal waited for her entrance, rushing in. Carefully. She might add; she never did too well in heels. " Doctor Dillamond! I'm so dreadfully sorry." She spoke her lines, letting her normal accent come out. Oh, it had been some time since she heard it...especially in Japanese!
Crystal watched as the scene played out a bit, waiting on Treasa to say her next lines before she spoke her own, simple but just a bit stern. "Miss Elphaba, there is nothing we can do. Please take your seat."
Something though caught Crystal's attention, her eyes followed to see Michi who had fallen and blinked. "Michi-chan!" She called out though Treasa was much quicker to move to help their friend. Crystal was next to follow though she was definitely a ways behind.

By the time Kage made it over, Michiko had peeled herself from the floor, sitting on her knees. Nothing hurt. Her tights were unharmed from scraping against the floor. It was just that her face burned. How could she have tripped like that in front of everyone? She was sure more than just Kage had noticed; she could feel more eyes on her than just Kage's!
It took all of her strength to meet Kage's gaze.
"Yes... I slipped, that's all."
She'd interrupted rehearsals, too. This was bad. Really bad. She needed to get backstage as soon as possible, hide there. Ducking her head, Michiko pulled her sketchbooks close, trying to avoid bumping into Kage or having to look at her again. Luckily, they were all close by... except for one. Her fullest one. It was... gone...? Had it slid farther away than the others? Michiko bent to peek under the nearest chairs, but nothing lay underneath them.

Kage gave a tiny sigh of relief. At least Michi was alright. She reached out her hands to help Michi pick up the sketchbooks. Kage knew what they meant to her. Michi was always doodling something when they hung out at her house. Which was alright, as Kage was normally always nose deep in the play's script.
Her attention was drawn back to Michi when she made that gasping 'oh'. Kage raised an eyebrow. "What's the matter, Michi-chan? Are ye hurt?" At least she was getting used to Japanese now. She still struggled with words now and then, but she usually had someone there to help her. If not one of her friends, then a teacher or her brother.
Kage stood and offered Michi a hand to help her to her feet.

Michiko hesitated, but managed to stand up on her own. Kage-chan had already helped her enough. She'd paused rehearsals over this, and everyone needed as much time as possible!
"No," Michiko repeated, hugging her sketchbooks close. "Um... I'm going backstage. I'm sorry." Everything would be better once she made it backstage. She knew she'd be more relaxed, and she could get to work, and Kage-chan and everyone else could start rehearsing again. She pushed past Kage, heading for the backstage doors.

Crystal picked up as much of her dress as she could, moving to the steps to get down to the floor. She didn't get all too far though, tripping in the heels that she wore. Thankfully, she didn't hurt herself, catching herself on the desk and quickly fixed her footing so that she didn't twist or break anything. She gave a sigh, looking over to Treasa and Michi as she watched Michi head to the backstage doors. "Ah, Michi-chan are you alright?" She asked as she walked nearby.
Crystal than stood up a bit more properly, letting her dress fall back down and fixed out any wrinkles. "Did I do alright?" She asked when things settled down for the moment. She knew she was doing alright; but she was still nervous and overall unsure of herself. Bad habit of hers which Treasa often got on her to stop that. Always telling her that she should feel more confident in herself.

Finn flinched when Crystal tripped, heading over to see about her. Hopefully Treasa wouldn't be bothered by him shuffling out of place. First the small, pink-haired girl and now Crystal!
"Are you alright, Crystal?" He frowned slightly. "You almost spilled right over!" She'd been like that all day, and he had to admit it worried him. What if she tripped near the edge of the stage? That was especially worrying. Being around Ryan so long must have been rubbing off on him.
Finn drew a little closer. "You're doing just fine, I think! Even better than me!" He grinned. Honestly, Finn was new to this whole acting thing, but it felt as if he were made for it - or this role, at least. Who else fit the dashing and suave love interest role better than he did? Crystal had more experience than he did, though, and that helped her out all the more.
It had been just over a week now, and Airi was starting to get a little worried. She and Fujiwara-san had met and it had been great - but since then, they hadn't even talked in class. Airi had wanted to - but there was hardly time in class, and even less time between classes! Fujiwara-san was always so busy, and definitely faster than Airi had initially thought.
...maybe Fujiwara-san didn't like her. That was a little depressing to think about.
But she had been too forward, hadn't she? And she'd just embarrassed the both of them. So it wouldn't be surprising...
Truthfully, Airi wasn't sure if she was allowed to visit again - but the sketchbook in her arms reminded her she had an actual reason to be here this time. Something outside being a fan from afar. Fujiwara-san had rushed out of class before Airi could flag her down - and the heavy sketchbook with her name on it had caught her attention.
Surely it would be okay to visit - just to give it back, right?
It sounded like there was a rehearsal going on this time - and as much as Airi wanted to see a possible costume rehearsal, she snuck in through the back, careful to keep her steps light. Farther up ahead, she could hear the doors backstage clicking shut. Hm...
Once she'd reached the doors, Airi knocked lightly. "Fujiwara-san?" she called out, careful to keep her voice quiet enough so only the other girl could hear her. "I believe I have something of yours - may I come in...?"

Kage stepped aside as Michi pushed passed her, a little surprised. "Michi-chan...?" She was worried. Michi had never been so forceful with her before. Kage bit her lip. They had to get back to practice, but she was worried about Michi.
Crystal's question stole Kage's attention for a moment and she nodded. "Aye. Maeban's right, Gael. Yer doin' great." She threw Finn a grin. "Yer not so bad, yerself. I'm quite impressed with how quickly ye picked up the character." Her eyes darted toward the backstage area. She wanted to check on Michi.
"I'll be right back, aye?" She said with a frown and headed backstage. "Michi, are ye sure yer-" she stopped when she spotted a person in the door. A friend of Michi's?
"Oh, excuse me." She smiled a bit. Michi had made a new friend? Kage was surprised Michi hadn't mentioned anything about it. They usually told each other everything...but it was only fair. Kage had her own secrets.
"I'm Treasa Munro, but everyone pretty much calls me Kage."

Crystal smiled rather sheepishly as she heard both Gene and Treasa. She hadn't always found herself comfortable when she was onstage. Her friends helped with that but it...it didn't feel right for Crystal. She'd finish up with Wicked but she didn't think she'd continue after that. It might disappointment Gene and Treasa but she just couldn't.
"Go on, Treasa. We can wait a bit longer." She said coming out of her thoughts and watched Treasa head for the backstage. Crystal turned to Gene then. "So Gene, have you been having any trouble with your lines or anything at all."

Michiko kept on toward backstage, so set on her path that she didn’t hear Crystal asking after her. All she needed was to get to her studio, to start work, to forget about embarrassing herself like that (and maybe stop fretting over her sketchbook.)
The moment she stepped inside, eased the door shut behind her, unloaded all of her things --
Tap, tap, tap.
Michiko frowned, hesitating before crossing back over to the door. Was that Kage-chan again? Ah… no. Kage-chan rarely came back here, and that voice didn’t sound like her. She remembered that voice and part of her hoped she was misremembering.
”Ah!” Michiko pressed her lips shut to keep anymore stammering from squeaking out of her, warmth leaking into her ears. ”Wakahisa-san?”
And Kage-chan was here, too? This was bad. Terrible. She hadn’t told anyone about Wakahisa-san yet. Now there would be a flurry of questions and she didn’t have answers for any of them, or at least none that she was prepared to talk about!
Michiko took a moment to sieve out the right words. Her eyes wandered down to the sketchbook Airi carried. Was that the same one she lost? ”Come in…”
