female - pansexual/panromantic about || Outgoing☮Sarcastic☮Cheerful☮Proud☮Loyal☮Stubborn friends || Openly friendly and seemingly generous she attracts a lot of friends, and is always more outgoing with people around her.
- Erik Hackett - Possibly Scarlett's best friend. Erik and Scarlett grew up together in Mayfair, London. Scarlett used to follow Erik around a lot when she was very small and imitated him frequently. When they were older, Erik started babysitting Scarlett and they spent more time together as a result. During the Summer he would make reading lists to encourage her to read more, while she would pull him out to hang out around London to encourage him to open up more. He helped her practice nearly every night when she was rehearsing for her West End Debut in Annie. He is her Sour Patch Kid, and she is his Peach. Despite the constant snark and bickering, Scarlett adores Erik and wants every good thing to happen to him.
- Ageha Okamoto - Introduced by Ryan, Scarlett admires Ageha and very much wants to be like her. Being in the Idols Club together, Scarlett sees Ageha as the epitome of what she wants to be; talented, bold, and fierce. They spend time frequently together with their other friends.
- Ryan Yang - Scarlett was introduced to Ryan by Finn. She admires Ryan a lot and finds his attention something to be reveled in. Admiring of his talents and individual strengths, Scarlett sees Ryan as one of the family already. Due to their mutual friends they spend a lot of time together.
- Yu-Ri Chen - Introduced by Ageha, Scarlett and Yu-Ri got along immediately after meeting. With similar personalities and interests, they got along like a house on fire and still do. It's not uncommon to see Yu-Ri featuring in many of Scarlett's selfies. With a shared love of dramas, animal crossing, tokusatsu, and shopping, Yu-Ri and Scarlett are 'cbff'. 'Cutest Best Friends Forever'.
- Souta Maeda - Introduced by Ageha, Scarlett got to know Souta through all their mutual friends. She finds him funny, if annoying most of the time. She appreciates his help in accompanying her for songs during Idols club but finds his outdoorsy nature and outdoorsy hobbies baffling at the best of times.
- Deedee Yamazaki - Scarlett met Deedee through the Idols Club in her second year of Middle School. Finding she and Deedee had a lot in common, Deedee took her under her wing to improve in performance. They spend a lot of time together and have begun performing together in Idol's Club. Scarlett admires Deedee's low tolerance for bullshit.
- FashionistaYuriSaki - Meeting through their individual Tumblr blogs, Scarlett got to know Saki quite well and talks to her frequently when she's online. Only recently have they both discovered they attend the same school.
- Izaya Otani - Scarlett met Izaya in her first month at Ouran due to them sharing a homeroom. When she discovered Izaya was a target for bullying, Scarlett stepped in rather quickly and stopped it. Izaya seems rather attached to Scarlett as a result.
- Suzume Suzumi - A member of the Middle School cheerleading team in which she's currently serving as captain. She doesn't know him too well but he performs well!
- Eleanor O'Carroll, Phantom Song & Evelyn 'Evie' Riley - Idol Club Acquaintances. They all seem rather nice. Eleanor is always enthusiastic and dedicated to her performances and Evie seems the same. Phantom Song seems dedicated but she's performing with a supposed 'secret identity'!!
- Crystal Emmerson, Kurou Narita, Sang-Min Jeong, Kage Munro, & Nanami Satou - Members of the Drama Club. Crystal, she recognizes vaguely from London as one of Finn's friends, Sang-Min's friendly with Ageha but Kurou is downright cold. Nanami is pretty friendly and Kage seems to want to take Scarlett under her wing. She is uncertain if she'll let her.
- Michiko Fujiwara, Primrose Llewellyn-Mochizuki, Matthew Pascoe-Harrison, Wakana Okamoto & Yui Watanabe - The pre-production team for the Drama Club. Scarlett knows some of them better than others. Michiko is quiet, Primrose is loud, Matthew she recognizes vaguely from London, Wakana keeps to herself but Yui is kind of creepy. She stares into your soul! Despite this, they do a good job on productions.
family || Scarlett has a huge family, both English and Japanese. Due to family values held close by her grandmother, the English side of the family meets regularly for reunions every year. Due to most of her cousins living in London, Scarlett has grown up with most of them as a result. - Adam Iwasaki - Scarlett's younger brother. With both of them being very close in terms of age, Scarlett and Adam have been very close since they were young. In London they were usually in the same class with Scarlett being one of the oldest in the year and Adam being on of the youngest. With a lot in common, Scarlett and Adam get along immensely well. Adam was supposed to attend Ouran academy with Scarlett this year but auditioned for the part of The Artful Dodger in a west end production of Oliver Twist. He is currently performing at the Playhouse Theatre in London.
- Finn Yamamoto - Scarlett's older cousin. When she lived in London when she was younger she was encouraged to play with Finn a lot. Finn encouraged her to learn the guitar and to get into music. As a result she is very fond of Finn and treasures him and his company. That doesn't mean she doesn't find him overbearing for most of the time though.
- Ethan Blake - Scarlett's younger cousin. Growing up together, Scarlett has taken it upon herself to be responsible for Ethan for most of the time. Due to Ethan's quiet nature she usually ends up standing up for him and took to defending him from bullies frequently. Scarlett has been Ethan's confidant in serious matters since Ethan came out as Trans to her and has been protective of him since. She feels personally responsible for his ostracization during Primary School.
enemies || With a very short fuse, it's pretty easy to be put on Scarlett's Enemy list for life and once you're on her enemy list it's almost impossible to ever get off it.- Phantom Song - Scarlett first met Phantom at the Idols Club where Scarlett immediately felt uncertain about her due to her conduct of her supposed 'secret identity', insisting that performing as her persona in school isn't keeping things secret. While Scarlett holds no ill feeling towards Phantom, her determination to discover who she is appears intimidating to her. Scarlett has no idea why, she has no plans to expose her, just to know who is blatantly crushing on her cousin. She is currently working with her 'CBFF' Yu-Ri Chen to figure out who Phantom is.
lovers || It’s not high on her priority list, or so she says...- Sho Watanabe - Ex-Boyfriend - Scarlett is very fond of Sho. After meeting in their first year of middle school, the two dated for a year in second year before breaking it off after a mutual decision, they remain close friends.
- Spencer Reznik - Crush - When she was little, and still living in London, Scarlett saw Spencer regularly due to the amount of time he spent with Finn. She developed a child's crush on him which faded once Spencer moved away. When he started at Ouran Academy and they met again, suddenly it felt different. Scarlett holds great adoration and affection for Spencer and while she will deny this to anyone who asks, it doesn't change the fact that his current name in her phone is 'Spencer <3 <3'
