Personal History: Born in San Jose, California, USA, Linh grew up surrounded by privilege. A planned baby, to Dinh Tran, the CEO of SEA Oil, and Chika Nguyen, a media personality and socialite. Due to the wealth of her family she was pampered immediately from birth and encouraged to pursue whatever she wanted.
As she got older Linh became the eldest child with the addition of two younger sisters to the family, which led more responsibility being put on her which she thrived on. Due to her warm and enthusiastic personality she made friends easily and was used to getting attention.
When she was in Elementary school she began private dance and singing lessons but also started to get into creative writing, enjoying it as an outlet. Character design soon became one of her favourite things to do, more so than actually writing the stories.
For High School she was sent to Ouran Academy in Japan to board and to improve her Japanese. During her time at Ouran Academy she was a prominent member of the Drama Club, the Idols Club and the Dance Team. In her second year of high school she was the vice captain for the dance team and in her third team she was the captain. In her third year at Ouran Academy the drama club performed Mamma Mia! where she played the part of Donna.
She is currently in her first year of Ouran University where she is helping out with the Drama Society. They are currently rehearsing for their end of year show ‘Chicago’. Linh is currently playing the part of Roxie Hart.
