Suzume is pretty friendly so it's not hard at all to get on his good side, though there will be the occasional flirting. It's just kind of what he does! That said he's pretty loyal if you become a good friend rather than just an acquaintance; he'd also be happy to offer you some fashion tips if that's what you're after.

It's kind of hard to get on Suzume's bad side, but it can be done. Insulting him or friends of his could do the trick rather nicely. Not sure what else to put here though I can certainly imagine a rivalry popping up between himself and someone. Friendly or otherwise, you decide!

Suzume shamelessly flirts with anyone he finds at least moderately attractive, so he absolutely thinks about romance regularly. Flings are certainly possible, since Suzume can get a bit fickle in this department. Something more lasting, though, is possible if someone is willing to deal with his ego and be determined enough to make him focus on them above all. Boy or girl, it doesn't matter.
It should be noted that I am a huge dork for romance subplots, so I'd be excited to thread them with someone!
