Kaori waved her phone above her head, frowning into the front-facing camera. What an awful location. There was too much light streaming in, drowning out her face. She'd worked much too hard on her makeup for this! She stepped back, farther away from the skylight and into a bit of shade, and her face appeared clearly, almost like magic. Perfect! She maneuvered her drinking straw between her lips, tilting her head just so, and…
'Wish you were here! ♥'
Kaori stared down at her conversation—with Ché, of course! It was too bad he couldn't be here. She'd seen a shirt that fit him perfectly and, while she'd bought enough things for him to remember his size, it would have been so much fun to see him try it on. He would have looked so cute! She sent another text.

It had been a good day so far. Very productive. Lots of shopping bags. Of course she had a lot of shopping bags. Kaori had been engrossed with her phone seemingly the whole time. It was only Ché though, it wasn't worth getting annoyed about. The only thing she was vaguely annoyed about was the fact that Ché wasn't with them today. And she didn't know what he was doing.
"Well? What's he doing?" She shifted her bags on her arm and moved her straw between her lips, sipping quietly, "Is he with his sister again?"
She looked down absentmindedly towards the bags on her arm as she waited for Kaori. She tapped her fingers along the side of her cup quietly.

Kaori's smile had long since faded, her gaze still set upon her phone.
Suzu-chan. Kaori blinked. Who was Suzu-chan? The girl in the photo? With the tacky blue hair?! Kaori felt her eyes narrow into a squint. Why would Ché-kun pick ‘Suzu-chan’ over spending time with her? Her skin looked greasy, and she wasn't even cute! She looked like a boy! Was that what Ché-kun liked now?! Ugly girls who looked like elementary school boys!? She even dressed like one!
‘Wow! ╰( ･ ᗜ ･ )╯’ ‘Tell her I said hello ♥’
Kaori dragged her attention toward Wakana, and moved toward her. “No. He's with a…” She hesitated. Could someone like Suzu-chan really be called a girl? “Someone he's calling ‘Suzu-chan.’” She thrust her phone out so Wakana could have a look for herself.
