Crystal sat on the front porch of her house, making sure her sneakers were tied tightly. She wore teal athletic sport shorts and a belly-cropped white shirt. Her hair was still in her pigtails though rather than resting over her shoulders, they were behind her shoulders. She gave a whistle, barking heard as a the sound of claws were heard on the floor before a happy pups head was poking out of the half opened door.
The door opened as the 9 month old Rotti came bounding out to their owner. "Good girl, Kurn. Let's get going for our walk." Crystal stood, a blue bike in front of her on the sidewalk. She grabbed Kurn's leash, putting it on before she walked her over to the bike. She climbed on, looking down at Kurn and smiled. She had already prepared a small bag for themselves to rest with at the park that was in the basket.
Once ready, Crystal rode off at a light pace with Kurn at her side walking. It took some time, nothing to long though, before she entered the park's entrance and rode down the paths.

Today was a awesome day for a walk! The sun was shining bright as the wind blew a light breeze. Yup a awesome day!:So of course Yoshi was out for a nice walk. She didn't feel like jogging or running today. I was way to nice for that and all she wanted to do was the enjoy it.
She wore her favorite pair of jean shorts that her older sister hated and tank top that fade to blue then to purple then pink. One her feet was a pair of pink chucks. Her bangs was held back by a plain handband.
Making her way down the path she hummed as she swung her arms a bit. Hearing something coming up behind her she stopped and glanced back.
Seeing a girl on a the bike she raised a brow and placed a finger on her lip and thought. Did she know her from somwhere? Maybe from school. Yeah that's it!! Yoshi smiled and waved down the girl. It would had been rude not to speak.

Crystal blinked as she saw someone waving her down. She looked familiar...Oh, that's right! She was Yoshi-chan from homeroom. Crystal smiled and came to stop, Kurn following her lead and stopped as well. Kurn looked to the girl, before barking twice happily. "Hi, Yoshi-chan, right? We're in the same homeroom." She asked leaning on her right foot mostly for her support as she stayed on the bike.

As she stopped Yohi grinned and nodded her head. "Yup that me! So how you on this awesome sunny day Crystal-chan?" She asked as she held her hands behind her back. She didn't really talk to Crystal often...more like not at all but she seemed like a really nice girl!
Her eyes fall on the bike then to the puppy that sat by her feet. Yoshi gasp a bit then point at the pup. "Is that your cute puppy?" She asked taking a few steps forward.

"I'm good, wanted to take Kurn out for some exercise." She said looking to the puppy and chuckled. "Yup! She's 9 months and full of energy. She's very friendly." She said giving Kurn some leeway to either lie down or move closer to Yoshi.
"I'm glad to see though that I'm not the only one taking advantage of the nice weather." She added watching as Kurn looked up Yoshi and gave one of those dog smiles before sticking her head out to be pet.

"I know right! It was way to nice outside to stay in the house." She added and bent down to pat the puppy. Her mother always told her to wait to be told she could pat a dog. She giggled a bit and leaned back up. "Hey if you like maybe we could walk together " Yoshi said as she lean on her tip toes.

"Of course!" Crystal said jumping off her bike and untied the leash as she grabbed her bike. "Let me just chain up my bike so we can walk around, okay?" She said moving to the bike rack and pulled out her chain and lock from the bag she had. She wrapped it around and locked it, looking to Kurn before she patted her head. "Want to find a cool place to sit for a bit? I'd like to give Kurn some water."

"Sure! Matter of fact I know the prefect spot!" She turned on her toes and faced down the path. Before she moved her feet she waited for Crystal to finish to locking up her bike. Once she was done she nodded her head and headed off.
It was only a short walk to where the spot Yoshi had in mind was at. Getting to large open she smiled and pointed to a park bench. "There we go! The prefect spot and we have some good shade thanks to the tree." She said grinning from ear to ear.

Crystal smiled and followed Yoshi down the path, Kurn walking along them happily. "Wow...this is a great area!" She exclaimed and chuckled as she moved over to the bench, kneeling down as she put the bag on it. Opening the bag, she took out a medium sized bowl placing it on the ground. Next was the bottle of water, though in the bag she about four bottles with her. She had to make sure the herself and Kurn were properly hydrated.
"Would you like some water, Yoshi-chan? I have extras here in my bag." She asked while she filled the bowl with water before giving a hand signal at which Kurn who had been sitting patiently, now moved and began drinking.

As they got to the bench she sat down and swung her legs a bit as she took in the fresh air. Letting it out she looked over at Crystal and smiled. "Sure I would love some water." She added with a nod and glanced down a Kurn.
"It must had took a long time for you to train her like that." Yoshi replied as leaned her back against the table.

Crystal grabbed one of the water bottles, holding it up for her fellow classmate. "Here you go!" She said before moving off the ground and sat on the bench. She pulled a bottle out for herself, opening and took a drink before smiling. "It was very hard to get her to be this obedient. She still has some trouble but she's such a lovely pet and a good girl. I love her dearly along with my cats."

Taking the water bottle she smiled and open it. "Thank you Crystal chan." She said as she took a sip from the cool water. "You have cats too? Wow it must be nice to have pet's around." Yoshi kicked her legs a bit and turned to her.
"So Crystal-chan do you have and brothers or sisters?" The girl asked making some small talk with her class mate.

Crystal gave a little smile though she shook her head. "Now, I'm an only child. My parents want to have more children but I'm unsure if they're able to have any more now that things with the bakery are better set." She replied and pet Kurn as Kurn finished drinking and came to sat between them.
"What about you, Yoshi-chan?"

Glancing down at the puppy that joined them she smiled lightly and petted her head. Nodding her head she looked up and at her. "I have an older sister that is a model. I don't think my parents are going to adopt any more kids." She said thinking for a minute.
"But that's fine with me." Yoshi said as she kicked her legs. "So how is school going for you so far?"

"A model? Wow, your sister much be beautiful." She commented with a smile as she watched Kurn actually lean more to Yoshi's hand for a petting.
"Adoption?" She asked. Crystal would admit she didn't know much about Yoshi or her family life, this was the first time they'd really sit down and talked aside from any school projects or work.
If Yoshi explained about the adoption, Crystal would sit and listen quietly to the explanation before answering Yoshi's question. "As for school, it's going pretty well. Busy but well. Murakami-sensei seems to expect a lot of me during any of our classes....especially when it comes group work."
